The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and well experienced UX designer having experience with the User Centered Design process. Candidates should have good communication skills, as he/ she might be working and interacting with customer teams directly. Adequate understanding of UI paradigms and technologies will be a good plus point.

Education:

(BDes / MDes/ BFA / MFA ) Formal Design education is Desirable.

Alternatively additional short

Experience:

5 + years of relevant UX Design experience

Location | Working model:

Pune, | Working from Office, Full time (On roll)

5 days a week

Key Skills:

Execute design work consistent with design and brand standards, analytics insight, customer feedback, Support the design of user journeys and development of wireframes to enable effortless navigation.

  • Awareness of the User Centered Design Process
  • Hands-on work experience in understanding the customer needs.
  • Creating workflows based on user stories, creating, and iterating wireframe, Designing Information Architecture, Interaction design, and making final UX specification documents.
  • Good experience with Prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, or Adobe XD. is a must have skill.
  • Document design standards, design wireframes, mockups, specifications and patterns across channels and products
  • Good understanding of Visual Design principles
  • Excellent Written and vocal communication, Presentation skills

Additional, good to have skills 

Design systems, or user research methods, formative and summative like usability testing..

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement new designs
  • Optimize existing user interface designs
  • Test for intuitivity and experience
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
  • Create Paper sketches, Wireframes, Prototypes for new product ideas
  • Create final UX Specifications for screens
  • Test new ideas before implementing, Conduct an ongoing user research
